Taste is about a heritage we need to find and preserve, including regional identities,
recipes with ancient wisdom, arts, culinary culture, and local ingredients. Korea and Japan meet to work on the theme of taste.
Three great chefs from the two countries are making a new gastronomy culture, and they will collaborate to communicate their respective heritage.
