Taste the winners of five categories in the Korean Sool Competition (takju, yakju, distilled spirits, fruit wines, and others) with sool sommeliers and have a nice conversation.
During the Taste of Seoul period, simple snacks will be paired for the tasting. Please join and try them!
Makgeolli brewing has been appointed as an intangible asset of Korea, and there is increasing interest in its cultural values and traditional Korean liquors as a whole.
Bueuiju serves as the base for every brewing. In this program, you will have a chance to make this fundamental liquor and understand Korean sool with firsthand experience.
