Geumnam-Vin takes its name from Geumnam Market in Geumho-dong, Seoul, and the French word 'vin' meaning wine. It is a natural wine gastrobar.

Geumnam-Vin is a leader in this area, with sophisticated Korean cuisine and natural wine pairings. It gets fresh ingredients at the nearby Geumnam Market every day to create its fusion Korean menu that changes seasonally. They use minimum garlic or other strong herbs and spices so that the dishes can go well with natural wines with distinct acidity.

It implies chicken's good energy flows in the place. The place specializes in chicken dishes.
They use oakwood for cooking chicken and make their own noodles with Jeju buckwheat.

Since 2015, it has been brewing premium craft beer with the best ingredients, artisan craftsmanship, and healthy beer culture.     Yeongcheon Market is famous for tteokbokki places. Brewery 304 uses tteok (cylindrical rice cakes) from the market, adding fragrant and spicy gosari (bracken) oil made by Bad Carrot and shishito peppers. The result is a savory and vegan tteokbokki that does not feel like a vegan food at all.

    Choiga Sanghoe is one of the most popular places at Yeongcheon Market, and its star menu is tteokgalbi, grilled short rib patties. Brewery 304 makes juicy tteokgalbi meatballs with the batter and serves them with Park’s Kitchen’s homemade sauce, mozzarella cheese, and French carrot salad. The liquor selections are comprehensive, including natural wines, traditional and famous wines, and traditional premium liquors. You can purchase a bottle here and bring it to partner places in the restaurant zone in the market.

The bar serves interesting beverages to grow with the traditional market where it is located, preserving the feel of geongangwon.
