An awards ceremony will celebrate 100 Taste of Seoul and special achievements.

Seoul Metropolitan Government has been working with twenty gourmet curators and experts to develop its diverse and distinct culinary culture. The city announced the third 100 Taste of Seoul list this year, having selected 100 essential restaurants and bars. These 100 places are well positioned to represent Seoul's taste. The categories are Korean, Western, Asian, Grills, Vegan, Cafes & Desserts, and Bars & Pubs. The selection criteria were extensive, including glocalism, expertise, and relevance.
